Serverlicious
Managed hosting and infrastructure — VPS, cPanel, WordPress and business email for clients from individual users through to government and enterprise.
Managed infrastructure, maintained by engineers
Shared cPanel hosting, WordPress hosting, business email, domains and SSL, together with fully managed VPS where operating system, patching and monitoring are handled by the Group.
Serverlicious is the Group’s platform business and the point at which many Malaysian organisations first engage with Packet Labs. The platform is maintained to the same control baseline published across the Group’s estate.
Malware detection is configured for automated remediation, a maintained web application firewall ruleset operates in front of client sites, HTTPS is enforced with automated certificate renewal, and backup restoration is tested rather than assumed.
Fully managed VPS
Operating system, patching, hardening and monitoring managed by the Group, with root access provided where required.
cPanel, WordPress and email
Established tooling maintained to current versions, with domains and SSL administered alongside.
Operational security
Automated malware remediation, web application firewall, enforced HTTPS and correctly configured mail authentication.
Scalable capacity
A defined migration path from shared hosting through VPS to dedicated capacity at PDC KL1.
One platform across the market
The platform is operated as a single environment, so the controls applied to enterprise and government workloads apply equally across the client base.
Individuals & students
Domain registration, website hosting and email for first deployments, with supported onboarding.
Small and medium enterprises
Business email, WordPress and commerce hosting maintained and monitored without requiring in-house system administration.
Agencies & developers
Managed VPS with root access where required, alongside managed operational responsibility, and reseller arrangements.
Government & enterprise
Fully managed VPS and dedicated infrastructure with Malaysian data residency, and a migration path to dedicated capacity at PDC KL1.
Licensing
Hosting, VPS and email services in Malaysia fall within the Applications Service Provider (Class) registration administered by MCMC under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. Current registration status is published.
