Packet Labs Sdn Bhd operates Packet Cloud Services as its enterprise cloud division, and Consultancy and Academy as its capability divisions. PacketDCS Sdn Bhd is the Group’s wholly-owned industrial technology subsidiary.

PacketDCS Sdn Bhd
The Group’s industrial technology company, delivering IIoT, AI and computer-vision systems for manufacturing and industrial clients, from PLC and SCADA integration through to MES and OEE. The MultiDoc and MultiImage software products are developed within PacketDCS.
Packet Cloud Services
The Group’s enterprise cloud division. Packet Cloud Services runs the Serverlicious managed-hosting platform, hosts Packet Data Centres, and is the parent business under which PacketDCS Sdn Bhd operates its IIoT, AI and computer-vision stack on a single control plane.
Serverlicious
The Group’s managed hosting brand, providing VPS, cPanel, WordPress and business email services to clients ranging from individuals and SMEs through to government agencies and multinational corporations. Serverlicious servers run inside Packet Cloud Services.
Packet Data Centres
The Group’s data-centre business, developing PDC KL1 in Kuala Lumpur to provide colocation and AI compute capacity for enterprise, government and hyperscale requirements.
